It is touted as the second largest tourist attraction in the state (second to Walt Disney World Florida), as well as the largest drive-in theater and largest flea market in the world. It has a 14-screen drive-in theater and invites small business to set up a stall at their flea market. Twelve million people go to the swap shop every year. It was started by Betty and Preston Henn in 1963 and it was originally called the Thunderbird Drive-in Theater.
