How Excursiopedia works

For Travelers

  • Find your tour or activity
    Use the search page to find your tour or activity – just enter your destination and browse for the tour that suits you best!
  • Connect
    Got any questions? Send them to the provider directly through our onsite messaging system. And don’t forget – you can arrange completely tailor-made tour or activity with the provider and get invoice through the site!
  • Book it
    You will only be charged if the provider confirms your booking. Most of our providers respond in a matter of hours, although in rare cases it might take the provider up to 3 days to reply. If your booking is not confirmed within 3 days, no charge is made.
  • Experience and have fun!
    Contact your provider to confirm the meeting details – have fun on your tour and experience something new! Be sure to share your experience by leaving a review once the tour is over.

For Suppliers

  • List for free
    Register with Excursiopedia and complete your profile. Listing a tour or activity is as simple as uploading photos, naming a price and writing a nice description.
    How can you publish your tours on Excursiopedia?
  • Connect
    Answer guest inquiries using the onsite messaging system. You can also issue individual invoices onsite for tailor-made offers.
  • Confirm
    Once you receive a reservation request, go ahead and confirm or decline it. Connect to your customer through onsite messaging system to make any tour details clear.
  • Provide
    Make it as engaging an experience as possible for the customer – happy customers will leave great reviews on your Excursiopedia page! You’ll be paid in 2 weeks after the service is successfully provided.
